Creating a stimulating and challenging environment is often essential for us as individuals at specific times in our lives. This allows us to stretch, what can be, quite rigid confort zones. It is not always essential, however at times it is sometimes necessary, in order to allow us to view ourselves in a slightly different way. Which can be challenging.

 

I enjoyed a period of competing in both UK and World fitness events. They provided me an opportunity to meet and train with some excellent fitness atheletes. Enabling me to learn new skills and and training methods, not to mention pit myself, in a competitive arena, against my peers.

 

It allowed me to have a better more considered knowledge of:

  • what is fitness?;
  • nutrition and diet;
  • less is sometimes more; and
  • you can have fun competing and challenging yourself. Is is not all serious stuff!
